There's something in the differences between London & LA that can be summed up so succinctly by sitting on your front step & watching a squirrel climbing up a palm tree.
Like the late night stops for fresh Quesadillas instead of Kebabs
... or Pharmacies selling cigarettes (or the fact that they don't sell fake tan, because there's no call for it)
